This study aims to examine the relationship between funding decisions and dividend policy on value of industrial companies. The samples tested in this were companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. Determination sample using purposive sampling method, secondary data while analysis method used is panel regression analysis. results that partially have a negative significant effect firm value.
